SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS, AND DELIVERY METHODS
Delivery items are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.

*Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-5 business days depending on the below deadlines:
‐ Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PST to start processing on next day
‐ 2 Day and Next Day orders must be placed by 1PM PST to start processing the same day. Orders received after 1PM PST or on Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day
‐ During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer

FedEx Delivery Days

For standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and Next Day shipping, FedEx will deliver your package between Monday – Friday. Please note for 2 Day and Next Day shipping methods, No Packages will be delivered on Saturday and Sunday.

Gift Cards

Physical gift cards are shipped along with jewelry and follows the same processing times and delivery times mentioned above. E-Gift cards are usually sent over email to the gift recipient within 24-48 hours if the order is placed during business days.

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped using FedEx. Shipments to Puerto Rico will be shipped via FedEx shipping services in 7 – 14 business days.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes; however, the bill to address can be a PO Box.

APO/FPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via FedEx. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:
• January 1: New Year’s Day
• Good Friday/Easter Sunday
• Memorial Day
• July 4: Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• December 24: Christmas Eve Day
• December 25: Christmas Day

2. How do I track my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment email confirmation with a tracking number. To track an order, visit the Fed Ex website and enter your tracking number, email address and billing zip code. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

3. Where do you deliver?

Dawghouse Jewelry currently ships to addresses only within United States including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately we do not deliver to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa.

4. How is the Dawghouse Jewelry packaged when delivered?

All Dawghouse Jewelry is delivered in FedEx approved boxes and pouches.
